I terminated my contract on the (2 year anniv) date of when I filled in the paperwork for the start of my last 2 year contract. I found that Verizon's contract date was 2 weeks after that date. They charged me a full termination fee when I only had 2 weeks left on the contract. I understand it was my mistake, but for the sake of any possibility of future business, I expected them to reduce that fee. They said they were not able to reduce any fee.
