Verizon really sucks!!!

I turned over my STORM 1 three times in a period of 30 days last year until I finally said, enough....so they gave me a new STORM2 and promised me not to change my plan, which they didn't. They just changed, without my consent, the "new every 2" elegibility date. SO,now my contract termination is in Dec 2010 and my elegibility is August 2011...Does this make sense? Hmmm, I guess I'll wait until December and then....bye-bye Verizon FOR EVER SUCKERS!!!
