| I am shell shocked |
If Comcast didn't suck too I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Here's the story. Bought Verizon Security suite service. One PC harddrive crashed. Rebuilt it. Can't install VSS because it tells me I am out of licenses. Contact verizon. Tell my tale of woe. Got put on with a "technician" who tells....wait for it... the only way to get the license back is to unistall it from the crashed hard drive...A technician ? Some lackey in Bhopal telling me that they don't actually register the computers you are forced to "register" when installing it ? Ok I am done.Drewster999 - Verizon H8er ID: DB97DF |
