Verizon harassment

My one year contract with Verizon expired in 2007 and I cancelled my month to month with Verizon in 2009. Verizon did not have any commitment signed to or agreed to by me. Verizon ceased all harassment, demands for payment, reports to credit agencies and negative communication.
