Lying Verizon Support

Before I ported my witeless numbers from Verizon to AT&T, I called Verizon support twice to check the date that I can port my numbers and cost. They told me the 15th of Sept will be the best date. But they never told me they are going to charge me the whole monthly bill for the next billing cycle ($150.00, it is only 5 days into the the new billing cycle).

I will never deal with Verizon again.
