I have a major problem every time I try to deal with them. What takes my other creditors - like Chase, discover Card, AT&T Mobility, etc.. a few minutes to fix any problem takes Verizon forever - usually days....
My bill has a 10 digit account #, when I call in they ask for a 14 digit account # & it just gets worse from there.
