| Verizon are rapist! |
I was thinking about making my own blog about Verizon when I came across this one. Let me first say YES THE ACTUAL SERVICE IS GREAT HAVE NEVER HAD A DROPED CALL! But thats the only good thing that I can say about them. The cost is outrageous and getting worst. I disconnected my phone today. After over 9 years of service with them my phone broke and they do not have any more like it for me to buy. I was a little upset but I decided to get over it. I also decided to lower my very expensive 140.00 plan. It gave me unlimited everything. It's no longer offered so I hesitated to get rid off it in case I began to need those minutes again. I also used the navigation on it alot. But Money is tight so I asked the lady to remove me from this plan and place me on the unlimited talk and text plan she agreed but she informed me that she had to add an additional 10.00 because of the type of phone I had needed mandatory Internet. Remember my phone is broken. I asked her could she wave it she said no. They never try to compromise or find another way to help you it's Verizon's way or no way. I told her forget it just disconnect the phone. She said OK well we will shut your phone down the end of your next billing cycle which is next month. I said no shut it off today. She then refused. I had to threaten to call the FCC. She then said she would cut it off today. This is just one small part of my problem with verizon. They truly don't care about regular customers. I feel they only want large business accounts just look at the limited phone plans. So angry and hope that more people will stand up and let verizon know they need to stop or they will leave.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: FB9CAF |
