| Like New Phone Replacement |
You buy a new phone, it's under warrenty something goes wrong and they offer to replace it with a "14 point certified phone." When you ask them what the 14 points are they can't tell you. All I can say is my current phone has never touched the ground, been exposed to the elements, etc. and I'm going to get some strangers phone?
