They called me a liar TWICE

I went to the store (377 and N Tarrant Pkwy in Keller, TX) where I've shopped since it opened (6 years for just my two daughter's phones) and, since they let the contract tech support go, the tech who told me what to do is no longer there. So, since he wasn't there, the folks that are there now think I'm lying to them. Hate being called a liar!

Corporate customer service was no better.

So sad that a company I've promoted to anyone who would ask for 8+ years has chosen to end our relationship. Cancelling every Verizon phone I can.
