fucked me agian!!!

last week they said i needed a new DLS box at my expence. i go buy one.....and now my internet con. is worse now!!! after spending $70.oo dolors on new DSL box. ....now they say the problem is at there end. and they have to get permision to fix it!!!!!!!!!! BIZZAR! ..FUCKIN ASS HOLES!!!
