still no internet

o.k. verison was to call me today i guess to tell i still have no internet. this is there MO bizzar THEY CALL ME TO TELL ME SOMTHING I ALREADY KNOW! i have no internet!! they have no clue when i use the words (fix it!) ... nothing but fucking ass holes!!!!!!1
