| I totally HATE VERIZON!!!! |
I decided to get out of Verizon because the only way I can use my cell phone is by standing in my driveway outside. So when I go to the store to make sure I don't have to sign anything because my contract is ending anyways and I was switching to another provider, he said "are you sure you don't want to not renew, I mean, sure your phone doesn't work there but what about other places",1st idiot remark and then he tells me, no just pay your last bill and then your done. So now a month later I get a bill from them, and find out that because I had a 2nd number on that phone, they have used that as my primary number in my family share plan I will have to pay $175 to get out of that contract before November 11th. They stillll are findiny ways to get money out of me. As if my finances are bad enough, I now have to pay two cell phone bills from two different companies!!!!
