Just die already

My parents, both in the end stages of their respective diseases have had little or no phone service since 9/2/10. Numerous calls have yet to get this resolved. Dire medical necessity? Pooh, just let them die already and then they won't need a service call. After 6 weeks, this must be what they're policy is.
