Verizon Sucks

I had a dare phone that no longer worked. Verizon, sent me a replacement as part of warranty. Along with a return label which we returned. Of course verizon claims they have not received the defective phone back and as a result of not having the original tracking number. I am required to pay 119.95 even despite the fact that i sent it back. I can not prove I did so the charges stick. I wonder if they purposely do this knowing that a majority of people will not write down the tracking number of their return.
