| Crap phones to match their service |
So our phones have always had problems. Between me and my wife, we have been through 5 different phones all of the same model. The only way Verizon would let us get a different, more stable phone was to pay full retail price. we asked if we could cancel our current contract and sign a new two-year contract and they still said no.Jon Erb - Verizon H8er ID: A43F65 |

Should they delay the release of new phones until several months after everyone else to track failure rates?
