| won't deal with their bullcrap, not paying early term fee |
I have a pixi plus from these bumf**kers and I have had it replaced due to many glitches and am ow having the same problem all over gain with the replacement. I called verizon and they tell me... Oh we will let you have an early upgrade buuuut I have to pay the discounted 2 yr contract price. I said no and asked to cancel my service and the lady tells me I have to pay upfront to cancel and I'm facing more charges because the pixi is the main line and I will have to pay to have the 2nd line switched to single line. So I'm stuck with a shitty phone and I'll probable have to go through a load of lawsuit bullcrap cause I don't deserve this on my credit. And aside from this, when I started my contract I was unaware of some charges because of a "sales representatives wrong information" which I guess they think makes them exempt from the problem and I had asked to speak with the supervisor and never did and they say the request wasn't on file. So I've asked again. If nothing is don't to my satisfaction then I will do as I read on verizonpathetic.com.heather - Verizon H8er ID: 382C76 |
