You just saw pretty shiny phone which you also didn't do any research on cuz if you did then you wouldn't have purchased that piece of shit. Your salesperson probably even tried to talk u out of it but oh no u knew better than somepne who does this shit everyday and sees dumb asses like you all the fuckin time. No wireless carrier promises service any where atbanytime epescially in a building your home included. Maybe u should have taken them up on the return policy.
