I am weeping in anger as I type.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I have been on the phone with Verizon sinse 4pm trying to pay a bill. It is now 6:15pm. I have been disconnected 3 times and passed around from person to person like a crack whore. How can they do this to people. Has anyone ever tried to file a lawsuit against this company? I'm seriously considering it. I am so angry, that I'm making myself ill.
