Sadly its all true. Verizon charges for things that are unexplainable and that no other company charges for. Their customer service reps are terrible. The droid 2 supposed to have wifi n mobile hotspot well it doesnt. And mobile hotspot cost 40$ a month ontop of 30$ for the data plan. My bill is 240$ a month for 2 phones. SShared 400 mins verizon is ridiculous but to cancel its 375$ and i got another 2 years to go soo. Ill wait. If you didn't read your receipt that's your fault not theirs. By the way I am pretty sure motorola makes the droid 2 not verizon they just do the service. I know they offer both insurance, an extended warranty and regularwarranty. If u chose to not get coverage on an expensive phone thatgs your fault. Grow a pair and man up its you that made shitty decisions. They didn't throw you to the ground with a knee in your back. You didn't do your research. You are a lazy consumer. Typical. First off the mobile hotspot feature is $20 for 2GBs not $40, and they don't offer a 400min family share plan. The cost before taxes for the lowest family share plan of 700 min with unlimited texting is $99.99 for 2 lines of service, so before taxes for 2 smartphones with unlimited data is $159.97, albeit that is without the mobile hotspot service, but there's gotta be something else if your bill is $240.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 7437C4 | | 11/02/10 | 19:02PM | | Hey Mr. Verizon, before you call people names, make sure that you know what you are talking about.
