Went to Verizon today and most of the staff doesn't know how to transfer information from one blackberry to another. The representatives couldn't even assist me properly and I was there for over a hour. Did I mention that the technican didn't even greet me? But he snatched my phone. All of the information that I need to keep wasn't transferred over since the transfer was done improperly. And I know it could have been done since has been done before. Let me try to help.
The blackberry software called desktop manager will do all the work. Click device transfer wizard and u are done. Everything call logs email etc move over.
