I'm being charged for additional line that I didn't use. I subscribed to their "unlimited world plan" but they kept on charging me for int'l calls--on both lines!
For some reason, they don't have a single office here in MD-DC-VA area--very pathethic. Since everybody knows that their customer service SUCKS, oh no, you have nowhere to go to complain in person.
