I hate verizon

I had made an appointment for technical support of a very-slower-than-promise DSL. As you would predict, after waiting for 2 hrs, nobody showed up. Called them and they said the ticket was closed with no reason. Enough said, they wanted to open a new ticket. Bye verizon!
