VERIZON IS NOTHING BUT A BIG FAT LIAR!!! The customer services reps are stupid and ignorant. None of the departments have a clue as to what in the hell is going on!!! I'm cancelling my phone lines and the internet first thing tomorrow. Verizon=a big waste of time and money.
