I hate verizon

They sold me bundle package (phone & internet) for 54.00 amonth for one year, after a month, they called me and convinced me to upgrade my package, they charge me extra, in the meantime, they were sending me another bill for th einternet, I called them eveyy month to correct the bill, it did not get anywere. They over charge the customer, they billing service sucks.
