I ordered DSL services from Verizon last month. their ads and representative claimed that they can provide my area with speeds up to 5mbps but when I installed their service I found out that the max was 2mbps in my area. I called back and cancelled because thats not what I wanted. they charged me $117 for a week's 2mbps dsl line and I haven't received a refund for over 2 months now. All this because they lie in their ads!!
