Simple but very effective solutions

* Start making complaints to BBB Better Business Bureau. It can be done online at www.bbb.org. Any unresolved issues you have with Verizon can be mediated with BBB. But you have to file a complaint first.

* File a complaint your State's Attorney General. That can also be done easily online at .gov
