Ask Verizon to give you...

Recently Verizon had a service failure. Major Back-up-assistant malfunction. Many costumers lost their contacts online. If that happened to you please call Verizon and ask to give you free serice for a year. If they say no ask them to send you a Mediation Request Form, fill it out send it back, negotiate with whoever calls you for mediation. If they still don't give you one year for free. File complaint with Better Business Bureau and start a mediation process there. They will rule in favor of you. They already did for few of us.
