rude ignorant rippoff

Verizon has sent me 3 HTC incredibles that have not worked right and they won't let me get a different model, even a lesser USED model without paying more money. I think when my contract is up I'm going to prepaid Walmart phones. They also keep transferring me from department to department where they make me go thru the WHOLE thing again with a different person and no one has the power to make a decision or help me out. How are they still in business?
