| VERIZON $15 REFILL CARD FRAUD/SCAM |
VERIZON $15 REFILL CARD FRAUD/SCAM - VERIZON CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR KENDALL IS INCOMPETENT AND WORTHLESS.
I have a lot of these prepaid phones that are only used a few days out of the month but need to be active. If a payment isn't made before the expiration date then the phone is deactivated and loose your balance, even if the balance is $500 or $5. When you make a $30 payment before your expiration date it will extend the expiration 3 months instead of just 1 month. Best Buy did not have the $30 refill cards so I bought double of the $15 refill cards. Well 2 $15 refill card payments wasn't accepted as a $30 dollar payment so ill have to apply $30 dollars again in a month to all the phones and have a huge balance that will probably never get used. Of course the call center supervisor (Kendall) in Tucson couldn't extend the phone expiration date or send me a refund or give me the name of her boss or do anything. I guess they treat all prepaid phone customers like second-class citizen.
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP KENDALL. YOUR "I CANT DO SH** ABOUT IT" ATTITUDE IS WHY VERIZON WILL SOON TAKE THE PLACE OF AT&T IN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: C65138 |
