I fucking hate verizon. They are THE worst fucking company I have ever had to deal with. I have them for my internet and I can't pay my fucking bill. I've tried numerous times to make a payment but I can't get online to make it and anytime I call the fucking help line no one is available. And I have four fucking account numbers on my bill! Seriously? FOUR! I'm not going to use Bill Matrix to make a payment and end up using the wrong account number and not getting credit. And there 24/7 help line is a fucking lie. I haven't been able to talk to anyone! I actually got thru once and they asked me what toll # I called and then transferred me without even telling me that they were going to and then I got hung up on.
