Verizon is nothing special

Lets be honest, back in the day when cell phones were starting out, Verizon was indeed ahead of the competition. However, with technology advancing, there really is no need for Verizon to be over charging for their mediocre service. It's sad that the worry second to my student loans is my cell phone bill. I've been hit with constant unexplained charges and their customer service department is horrible. Verizon can SUCK IT! I'm switching carriers, once I sell my kidney for money to actually close the account....

go to virgin mobile and pay by month.

there are too many sheeple. A simple law changing the binding nature of phone conversations will take great strides in stopping abuse
