Screw the loyal customer

Added charges on bill. No help when calling,Just pay it.
E-mails routed to frontier who said to call verizon.
Verizon says they use an outside billing service for some options not their problem, just pay bill.
Outside service phone number not valid.
If they want the money how is it not their problem.
I went to virgin mobile and am very happy.
Fuck verizon, got too big and now dont care.
4 years of payments totaled thousands of dollars and they will never get another dime from me.
