verizon reps lied

every other month i get charged for downloads on my phone and i ask them to block all downloads, and they say they do but they dont..the last time the bill jumped up $450,00 and then they said they would take the charges off and i would only pay $18.00 plus tax....but they only cut the bill by 50 percent,..they lied to my face...ilm not paying for downloads that should have been blocked..

find out WHO in your shared plan is downloading and smack them around until "no downloading" is well understood
