| THEFT of unused minutes |
I'm sure everyone's heard this one before, but it took me complete by surprise. I have a pay-as-you-go and suddenly on the "payment date" the previous period's balance VANISHED, i.e., WERE STOLEN by verizon. About $25.00! I made the payment on time and everything. According to the contract, if I paid on time this wouldn't happen, but it did. Now the only thing which remains is how to get back at these low-lives.Mike - Verizon H8er ID: C713D6 |

It is irrational to accept the rep's oral summary as truth.
