| Verizon always takes advantage of its customers. |
I purchased a verizon internet data device, used it 4 days on a free 30 day trial and returned it. I was charged 70 dollars for a device that had terrible reception and hardly worked at all. | 01/28/11 | 21:41PM | take your EVIDENCE to small claims court and win your money back plus your filing fee. You cannot bring a lawyer to small claims court: you, the evidence, and the opposition also without a lawyer. If they don't bother to show you win by default.
