| I can't wait until my contract is up! |
I hate Verizon so very much! Words cannot express the level of hate that I have for this service. I have begged to be released from my contract at no expense and they deny me everytime. I refuse to pay them my hard earned money to end a service contract that has been horrible since day 1! The customer service is worse than the service! I cannot wait until 8-3-11, this is the official end of my contract with these losers! I anticipate this date daily! I am almost tempted to pay the early termination fee today! But, then again, I will feel like they have won! I am thankful for this site, I am now able to release my frustration to others that understand! Do you call them. Do not accept calls back from them other than to say you will only communicate in writing
