* IF they install to customer specifications. With internet and tv package I don't need to be lectured by a low salary field whatever that Ethernet from the ONT will break my TV. Surprise, it doesn't! That crap bridge they want you to buy to convert moca to ethernet.... also works the other way round. Ethernet around the house verizon can provide one of their nefarious gateways to convert ethernet back to moca
moca is great for the cretinous and euthanasia candidates
* IF zero changes are made to the speed provisioning. Downgrading a speed package requires manual "programming" of the ONT. That ALWAYS ends badly with respect to saturation and latency. There is no fix other than canceling service and ordering under another name.
* WHEN so many lazy, feckless, ingrates CEASE calling support with questions about "the light on the box" and "my computer thing" and "the lights not right" or insert other utterly moronic poorly informed drivel here those of use who have already identified the problem and need speak with something slightly beyond literate and sentient are usual out of luck........ thanks ye fops for that delight

Those call centres are interested in volume not results and hire anyone who can turn on a computer. those that do know anything in those call centres are usually fired for trying to help or quit out of disgust.
