| Lies and Rudeness |
After 6 months of receiving a different amount owed every month and explanations that wouldn't make sense to Einstein, I was told I owed $125 and must pay before I could cancel service. I did, now I receive a bill with a negative $35 balance they owe me. They say it will be 60 days to refund which is theft if you ask me. I returned equipment immediately.
