Stay away from Verizon

Verizon customer service sucks. I have been dropping calls for 9 months now and verizon has the nerve to tell me I will have to pay to get out of my contract. Pour service, dropped call, and the unwillingness to work with me, I rate verizon with a BIG "F" (failure)
