i dont get it

I called because my internet suddenly started dragging. As usual, the tech people did the "take the battery out" routine, which I told them I had done. In fact, there is nothing they did that I hadn't already done...I did tell them I think the Blackberry Bold is junk and the Curve is the best mobile device ever created. But the asshats at Verizon made me get a Bold last summer when I renewed my account.
So, we walk through all the nonsense, and the problem isn't fixed. She tells me I can either wipe the phone and totally start from scratch (with no guarantee). Or I can upgrade to the shitty "latest" software. I told her those options won't work. She said "you have a third option. You can reactivate your old phone". WTF. What am I paying for?
I now hate verizon. Hate them with all of my being. Part of my plan is unlimited data use and I can't get online. Hell, I could get a freakin trac phone for 20 bucks...
