| Repeated Verizon Customer Supository |
I have had to call Verizon no less than twice per month since March 2009 when I started this job for one thing or ten things each month. Bogus billings mostly. One month our usual $253 bill was over $1700!!! When I called I got an in essance "Oopsie!" Sheesh. I hate verizon - and on the cell side is the same. I have been with Sprint for 12 years and for the prior 2 years before I came here I THOUGH I wanted to change to veriza-hell but NO WAY WILL I DO THAT!!!!
