| THIRD PARTY CHARGES |
Welcome to the world of third party charges. Always review your re-occuring monthly bills such as your Verizon Wireless bill, mortgage payments etc. It is alarming that the wireless carriers and others are in bed with the third party vendors. They run for cover when you call them out, but they are right there when it comes time to charge your account and collect for these additional charges. This is so disingenuous and disgraceful. | 04/08/11 | 19:45PM | | they're not 'in bed' with third party companies. if anything they are losing money because they are required to issue credit to their customers for charges they already paid to the third party compaines. when a customer subscribes to a third party service, that third party charges verizon for that subscription. when a customer calls into customer service to inquire about the charges, verizon can issue credit for them to a certain degree. also blocks are available to stop the subscription from happening in the first place. how about you find out how third party charging and companies work before you post a stupid rant on the internet.
