| Verizon Commiting Consumer Fraud re FIOS Package |
I signed up at $85.99 @ month for 2 yr contract. I have their email confirmation. But every invoice I receive states its $94.99. I contact them several times every month and am told there is nothing they will do. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and BBB responded that they couldn't help me because VERIZON IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE BBB and THERE IS NOTHING THE BBB CAN DO. | 03/22/11 | 10:25AM | I'd try your state utility regulators and then the Federal Communications Commission. Also a local news station or newspaper might want to know about your plight.
I'd also make Verizon produce the document, phone call or email that say you agreed to 95$ a month.

I ordered it online and even though I didn't have 2 devices I was getting charged for 2. Good luck!
