| Verizon LIAR |
Verizon is a liar.
They promised one fixed rate - turned out to be additional hidden fees.
Support is a joke - Rude, Unprofessional, and definitely not supportive.
They came to install the modem - the guy (get this) did not have proper tools. So he made 4 holes in my walls and the hallway, ruined the finish, and said he would come back to fix it later. Guess what - he didn't come back.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 8D0878 |

| 03/31/11 | 21:53PM | Call back findout if you were sent a contractor or core technician. Tell them what happend and about any lost work or time and you want credit.
Also ask for a detailed explanation of the hidden fees and where you actually agreed to them.
If you can still cancel the contract might want to think about it
