| WTF means: What The Fuck!!!??? |
I was led to believe my contract ended in April of 2011 as my contract states. I just got off the phone with them and my ass hole was mutilated when I found I am on the hook until December and there's nothing I can do. The reason is because I added my dad to my plan and got him a Samsung Knack. It is a $40.00 old person's phone with big buttons. When I was in the verizon store getting him this phone for a Christmas gift the sales person assured me that the contract would not change other than a $9 line charge. WTF? | 03/31/11 | 21:49PM | I'd ask them to produce the clause in the contract that can extend a contract for upgrades & additions. And proof you agreed to this.
Also if done by a phone call ask for the recording of the call authorizing/adding someone AND them explaining to you that you agreed to a new contract by adding another person. If you signed anything make them produce a copy of a document with your signature authorizing these changes.
If you're lucky it might be someone just trying to jack their numbers.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 047B2F | | 04/08/11 | 19:50PM | | the reason the phone was so cheap is because you signed an agreement. if you wouldn't have signed an agreement, the phone would have been more than $100 at retail price. you had to have signed something and the prices of phones with and without signing an agreement are right next to the phone display itself.
