| Verizon is A Horrible Company |
I spent two hours of my day trying to set up an installation for my business in Ridgewood, NJ. The phone system for this company is ironically the most horrible system I have EVER experienced. I was transferred literally about two dozen times, left listening to awful music for 30 minutes at a time only to be disconnected. Then it finally dawned on me that I need to cancel my relationship with Verizon immediately. I then spent another two hours trying to cancel my account. I was again transferred more times than I can remember and left on hold for an eternity. This is a terrible company. No one in their right mind should do business with Verizon . No matter how much they discount their services, RUN (don't walk) to ANY other provider. You'll be so glad you did that.Elliot Bloom - Verizon H8er ID: 37BE49 |
