| My email address was hijacked |
My email address was attached to my Facebook page and someone while I was at work decided to grab it up and send everyone in my address book that I was stranded in Scotland and I had been mugged and needed money fast. I luckily have smart friends that phoned my work place and I had them freeze my Facebook. I then phoned my lovely Verizon customer service who sent me to Technical support who said no problem we have fixed it. Rolling my eyes. Well, I would love to know how you got my email address back from the people that stole it? They refuse to change my email address because there company does not do that. How difficult is this process when I can get a gmail address, or aol address in a matter of seconds? So I have talked to numerous reps etc at this time. I spoke to one rep that said I should sign up for the Fios because then I automatically get a new email. Why would I want to spend more money on crappy service?
