| No help at all |
I purchased a new phone for my son about three months ago. A week ago he left it in the car overnight. Apparently some condensation developed rendering the phone useless. We tried all the usual stuff, taking out the battery,drying it etc... to no avail. I called Verizon and all they could do for me was offer to sell me another phone at an obscenely high cost.
