| 3G connection problems poor Customer Service! |
I called today twice due to my 3G connection dropping whenever the heck it wanted to. The first 5 people I talked to where very nice, however, when I got to the 2nd internal rep, I was told that my phone is out of warranty, which it wasn't and that I needed to just pretend the problem wasn't there or purchase a new phone.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 197A52 |
