| Refurbished Turd |
My HTC Eris died, Verizon pulled the product from their line, when i asked for a warranty replacement they told me they are going to send me a refurbished Eris. The product was so bad they discontinued it but when mine breaks they want to take some piece of crap that also broke fix it up with duct tape and send it back to me. They come out with phones like every 6 months or sooner of course the phone is not going to be on the shelf much longer then 6 months. Then when u supposedly need the phone replaced becuz of something you did to is now not working so they send you a replacement not in duct tape but in excellent condition and then bitch about getting a refurb, do you even know what refurbished is??? Maybe you should work in customer service and then you will realize what an ass you make of yourself when you go into the store.... Did you know that like 75% of the things that you bring your phone in for are because you broke it(ie-dropping it, getting it wet, throwing it, downloading a virus, etc.) are your own dumb ass fault so learn a thing or two about electronics and then you will not have to bring in your phone to have it looked at or replaced.
